The hammer crusher mainly crushes materials by impact energy. When materials enter the crusher chamber uniformly, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed, and then the high-speed rotating hammer impacts, cuts, and tears the materials. At the same time, due to the gravity of the materials, the materials hit from the high-speed rotating hammer to the baffle plate and screen bar in the frame. The materials larger than the screen hole size are retained on the sieve plate and continues to be impacted and ground by the hammer until they are broken to the qualified size. Then they are discharged out of the machine through the sieve plate.
