Chain conveyor

The chain conveyor takes the standard chain plate as the bearing surface and is driven by the motor reducer. We can form a wide chain plate conveyor with a speed difference through the parallel of multiple chain plates so that conveying is conducted by single chain plate without extrusion, so as to meet the requirements of single-row conveying for beverage labeling, filling, cleaning and other equipment. We can make the head and tail of the two chain conveyors into overlapping mixed chains to make the bottles (cans) in a dynamic transition state, so that no material is left on the conveying line, which can meet the pressure and no pressure conveying of empty bottles as well as solid bottles.

1. The conveying surface of the chain conveyor is flat and smooth, with low friction, and the transition of materials between the conveying lines is smooth. It can convey all kinds of glass bottles, PET bottles, cans and other materials, as well as all kinds of bags;

2. The chain plates are made of stainless steel and engineering plastics and have a wide variety of specifications, which can be selected according to the conveying materials and process requirements, and can meet different needs of various industries;

3. The frame is made of aluminum profile, ordinary carbon steel or stainless steel.
