Coarse grinding fineness -200 mesh accounts for about 45% to 50%, and regrinding fineness -200 mesh accounts for about 90% to 95%.

Copper ore processing process

Copper ore dressing process is divided into three parts:
1, crushing part: the basic process of crushing ore process. The aim is to crush the raw ore to an appropriate size suitable for grinding parts.
2, grinding part: grinding and crushing part to further process the ore to get a smaller size is to cooperate with flotation separation materials.
3, flotation part: flotation process/upgrade copper mine important process. Chemical reagents will be added to the mixer/mixer to enable the chemical reaction.
The mined ore is initially crushed by the jaw crusher, and then evenly fed into the ball mill by the elevator and feeder after crushing to a reasonable fineness. The ore is crushed and ground by the ball mill.

After the initial separation of mineral particles by magnetic separator, they are sent to the flotation machine, and different drugs are added according to different mineral characteristics, so that the desired minerals are separated from other substances.
After the desired mineral is separated, because it contains a lot of water, it must be initially concentrated by the concentrator, and then dried by the dryer, you can get dry minerals. Copper powder grade reached 45%.
